Membership

JASNA San Diego is a region of our parent organization, JASNA, the Jane Austen Society of North America. If you are not a member of JASNA, please consider joining. Membership is open to anyone interested in Jane Austen.

Dues are $30 per annum for individuals, $45 for families, and $18 for students.

JASNA publishes the highly respected literary journal, Persuasions; conducts a three-day Annual General Meeting, which takes place in a different city each year; maintains the jasna.org website with links to sites related to the work, life, and times of Jane Austen; publishes the JASNA News newsletter; and participates in special projects that maintain close ties with sites in England connected to Jane Austen. JASNA has many informative and entertaining activities for members and supports our local organization in a variety of ways.
