Join us for a good time as we discuss Jane Austen‘s epistolary novella "Lady Susan", in our book group that meets every other month in person. The novella was written in 1794, but not published until 1871. Note: the 2016 film Love & Friendship, is merely inspired by the book and is very different. But it will be fun to compare the book and the movie. We‘ll also be continuing to plan our future books. "And to all this she must yet add something more substantial, in the improvement of her mind by extensive reading." Who are we to refuse Mr. Darcy‘s instructions?! Any questions, please email Sara McBride, saramcbride33@gmail.com.
